Grammar Nazi

A history professor is reprimanded for correcting the grammar on essays. The human resources manager informs him that he teaches history, not English, so he should not even comment on grammar, let alone take points of the grade for mistakes.

The professor insists that students must be prepared for life outside of college, and writing essays in chat-speak, like writing “N E 1” instead of “anyone” on resumes will prevent them from getting hired, but the human resources manager says that modern companies employ keyword searches on resumes, so grammar doesn’t affect becoming a candidate.

The professor does not relent, and he is terminated. Other misfortune befalls him, and he realizes that the world has changed too much for him. He no longer belongs. Suicide is a crime only if it opens the door to another world.

That is the world of this story. Beware.

The movie is currently in production. Some footage is being filmed, but the heart of the movie must be funded. If you would like to participate in the crowdfunder, then Email bill@billbillzebub-com
