April 2026 Bill Zebub News

Bill Zebub’s upcoming documentary “NEVER MAKE A MOVIE IN TEXAS (OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE SOUTH)” is almost finished. One version will be on his vimeo channel within a week of this announcement. The Bl(e)ray will contain a ton of additional footage.

The next Kickstarter campaign will be for a re-edit of SANTA CLAUS: SERIAL RAPIST that is set for May.

The movie will be re-titled because the original title didn’t reflect the nature of the story. It’s not a seasonal parody, nor is it vulgar.

As with all re-edits, it’s not to double-dip you. You can keep what you already own and be happy for the rest of your life. The re-edit will be an alternate cut with different image quality, and it will contain never before seen content. The Kickstarter version will also offer an additional disc of behind-the-scenes footage (2-4 hours).

The Kickstarter discs will be modestly priced, but after the project is over, those discs will be double or triple the cost because they will increase in value enormously. (In the early days, Bill Zebub never did this, but there are people in the world who are scalpers; they obtain the discs only to re-sell them at high cost.).

Again, you can pay the modest price if you pay attention to the start and end dates of the campaign. After all, the Kickstarters are tests, to see if fans really want the items.

Vixen of Virtue

VIXEN OF VIRTUE will be released this year. The bonus movie will be a full cut of STEREOTYPES DON’T JUST DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR.

FANZINE EDITOR is probably going to be renamed to something like “THE KING OF METAL HAS DIED” or something less dramatic. Bill Zebub plays a character who is at the end of his prime. The movie can’t be called “Fanzine Editor” because that was the start of his glory. His ‘zine developed into the number one death metal magazine in the world, translated in five countries. The movie is really meant for fans only, but newcomers might be entertained. It will probably be the longest movie in Bill Zebub’s history. Some cast members might need to be re-filmed by other people, and there are characters who still need to be cast. It’s a slice-of-life movie, and in many ways a farewell.

Thanks to you for making it possible for Bill Zebub to do things his own way. He could get bigger budgets, but his scripts would be changed by the investors. You can balk at low budget movies, but they are made for reasons other than attaining wealth.
